CodeGeek Anniversary -Photo Montage Video
What do you say when a local business approaches you with a bunch of great photos and design assets, and asks for a retro-inspired photo album video?
You say “rock on!” without any hesitation! Well, at least you do if you’re me and the person asking is Rebecca Gilmore of Gilchek Creative.
One of Rebecca’s marketing clients CodeGeek, a Fort Collins-based website design and development team, celebrated their 20th anniversary throughout 2022. They wanted to use the video photo montage to highlight all the fun things they accomplished throughout the year, culminating in an out-of-this-world anniversary party. CodeGeek had a limited budget and also wanted to use their photos and graphics to their best advantage, so Rebecca and I worked together to select a template for the video. I then made adjustments to it in Adobe Premiere Pro so it suited our goals and needs. The finishing touch was sourcing music that was just right for the theme and the client.
Everyone was pleased with the end result, and CodeGeek used it in their company’s 2022 holiday email campaign.
